An example of a substantial health risk occurs with bats in an attic; the fecal and urine deposits left behind are associated with diseases such as Histoplasmosis.  

Another heath risk results from the fecal deposits of raccoons, which are associated with diseases such as raccoon round worm. Both bats and raccoons can cause insulation damage. We use a 6-inch hose vacuuming systems. Damaged insulation and fecal deposits are removed.

Disinfectant, deodorizers and parasitic organism treatment programs are applied. All insulation is replaced at a value equal to or greater than the original.
